Stephanie’s Dancers is the largest dance facility in the Augusta area, 6,000 square feet, offering tap, ballet, jazz and lyrical. The four dance rooms are superbly equipped to provide a safe and pleasurable learning environment. This includes suspended floors to help prevent injuries by absorbing and distributing the shock of dancer’s movement, well over 100 feet of full-length mirrors and ample barre space for all students. The design also allows parents viewing opportunities. The walls are decorated with the many championship trophies, plaques, medals and ribbons honoring the student’s accomplishments at regional and national levels. A shop, conveniently located in the studio, carries a full line of dancewear and shoes required for dance classes.                                                                                                                                                    
Professional instruction is offered in a well-organized, clean, fun filled and safe environment with state-of-the-art dance rooms. Our goal is to see that each child receives quality instruction regardless of his or her ability. Lesson plans allow practice time to capitalize on the instruction being given. The lesson plans include warm-up, review and practice of previously taught skills, learn new skills, warm-down and evaluation. Tasks are appropriate to each level so students feel challenged, but not overwhelmed. The tasks are modified within the group for students who are ready to move on and for those who are having difficulty completing skills. The result is student success and satisfaction. Our limited enrollment policy assures each student obtains the opportunity to develop to his or her fullest potential.
